Super Tasty Korean Food in LA! π²β¨
The four of us ordered four dishes and were shocked by the huge portions β we still had about one-third left! We were so hungry we almost finished all the rice with just the complimentary banchan (side dishes). It totally broke the stereotype that kimchi is too salty β theirs was flavorful and perfect with rice. π² First bowl: Oxtail Soup So rich and savory β the first sip was mind-blowing! Reminded me of Huainan beef soup from back home β deeply fragrant and memorable, with a hint of corn & pork rib soup vibes. The bone broth was incredible, with tender beef and mushrooms β absolutely delicious! π² Second bowl: Ordered wrong Similar to the first but much blander β kind of a letdown. And guess whatβ¦ this bowl was $100 π³ π§ Cheesy Potato & Beef Hot Pot Pretty tasty β loved the soft, flavorful potatoes and chewy rice cakes. πΆοΈ Stir-Fried Beef Tripe & Intestines Not bad, but got a bit heavy and greasy after a while. Overall, the oxtail soup was the favorite β the others were good but got tiring after a few bites. With tax and tip, the meal came to over $300 β a bit on the pricey side. #LifeInNorthAmerica #RestaurantRecommendation #LosAngeles #KoreanFood #FoodExplorer
