San Laurel offers a fusion of Spanish and Californian cuisine, with a focus on Tapas and a limited but creative selection of main courses. ❤️ 👍 Recommendations: Iberico Pork: Ham from pigs that eat acorns, resulting in tender meat with a fruity flavor! It's amazing! Sea Urchin and Scallops: Quite good, and even better when paired with white wine to enhance the taste. 🍖 Main Course: Lamb Chops: Cooked to perfection with no gamey taste, they melt in your mouth and are incredibly delicious. Accompanied by spices like cumin, the flavor is rich and delicate. 🍰 Dessert: Pistachio Cake: Not too sweet, with a hint of saltiness, it was unexpected and delightful!
