🍜 The day we arrived in Malmö the air was crisp—perfect weather for ducking into a cozy restaurant. We chose the locally loved Spoonery St Knut, famed for its Swedish meatballs. 🌟 A small disappointment: the menu lists the meatballs as a beef-and-pork blend, and we don’t eat beef. We skipped them and were still blown away by everything else. 🌟 What we ordered: 🍝 Shanghai Pork – melt-in-the-mouth tender, lightly sweet-and-salty, almost like char siu; absolutely delicious. 🍝 Chicken & Vegetable Soup – rich, hearty, and packed with soft, succulent chicken. One bowl warmed us right through. 🍝 Bonus: complimentary house-made bread—crispy crust, fluffy crumb—paired beautifully with our tea and Americano.
