Swipe right for my 2-day Adelaide itinerary 😘
Day 1: 🏖️ Port Willunga Beach ⭐⭐⭐⭐ So beautiful! Blue sky, clear water, white sand – and that famous cave is totally insta-worthy 📸 Best to go at sunset – the light shining into the cave is magical 🌅 🍷 The d’Arenberg Cube ⭐⭐⭐ Feels a bit over-hyped tbh – the building itself is more of an art installation than a functional winery 🎭 The first floor is kinda spooky (almost like a haunted house?), and the whole place is super designed – even the bathrooms are hidden behind secret doors 🚪❓ As for the wine… meh. My friend who knows wine said you can get the same bottles at Dan Murphy’s 😬 (Check my comments for better winery recommendations!) 🐎 Victor Harbour ⭐⭐⭐ Also a bit over-marketed. The “famous horse-drawn tram” is more like… a horse pretending to pull a tram 🐴💨 The horse basically just walks in front for show (which is good – no real horse should pull that weight!) Mostly kids on the ride – low-key awkward as an adult 😅 The island across the bridge is okay for a walk, but the views are pretty standard Australian coastal scenery 🌊 Day 2: 🏔️ Mount Lofty Summit ⭐⭐⭐ The classic lookout spot for panoramic views 📸 If you’re driving, don’t go back the same way – take the scenic route through Mount Osmond back to the city. Way prettier! 🚗💨 🍁 Hahndorf German Village ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely worth visiting! The whole street is full of character – especially in autumn when the leaves turn red 🍁 Perfect for photos! Lots of cute shops selling crafts and antiques – I easily spent 2 hours here 😆✨ 🍫 Melba’s Chocolates Factory ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Surprisingly fun! I thought it’d be another souvenir shop, but they actually show you how chocolate is made 🍫👀 Very cool for a first-timer! The interior is retro and cute – wear a vintage dress for great photos 👗📸 🐎 Big Rocking Horse ⭐⭐ Very… touristy. You’ll see what I mean 😬 #Adelaide #AdelaideTravel #ExploreAdelaide #AdelaideLife #TravelGuide #SouthAustralia
