Swiss Cuisine at Raclette Factory🥹

A Swiss classic + a renowned restaurant in Zurich Following the principle of "when in Rome," we tried the Swiss signature dish, Raclette. Without a doubt, even the most resolute woman would have her defenses breached here. 🥗 On the first page of the menu, there are two set meals: the Classic Set and the Deluxe Set. We two ordered one of each. Overall, apart from the aperitif wine🍷 and the type of cheese🧀, everything else in the sets is identical. White wine🍾 Four boiled potatoes with skins🥔 Grilled truffle cheese / Grilled savory cheese🧀 Two pickled cucumbers🥒 A few slices of pickled onion🧅 1 cup of espresso☕️ Three pieces of meringue cream dessert🍨 (with a strong egg flavor) In total, we spent 100 CHF😅. We came home and cooked a hotpot for dinner to soothe our wounded souls.
