Tacoma Day Trip ππ¨
A bit rushed for one day, but still a fun little adventure! π β° Headed out around noon and first stopped at the popular Harvest Buffet for lunch π½οΈ. The place was packed β definitely a local favorite! For under $20 per person, the value is great π. Tasty food, plenty of options β totally worth it. π¨ Then we visited the Chihuly Bridge of Glass π. Didnβt go into the Museum of Glass, but the bridge itself was pretty cool β worth a quick stop! π° Stadium High School looked straight out of Harry Potter π§ββοΈβ‘β such a magical vibe! π Point Ruston was lively with lots of people, but parking was a bit tricky ππ . π¦ At Dune Peninsula (Point Defiance Park), we even spotted a seal! π¦β¨ It was far away, but still exciting. π The Stairs & Slides were a hit with the kids β they loved it! π§π§ ποΈ Owen Beach was beautiful πβοΈ β great views and a relaxing vibe. We spent the most time here just chilling. Sadly, we skipped the zoo π― and some cute little stops along the coast β next time for sure! Overall, Tacoma surprised me β the houses and neighborhoods we passed were beautiful π‘π. Iβve heard some say itβs βdirty or sketchy,β but maybe we just visited different areas. A short but sweet day trip! Would come back to explore more πΈπ. #Tacoma #SeattleDayTrip #WashingtonState #FamilyTravel #PNWLife
