🌞 Tacoma Summer Day Trip 🌞

Tacoma is perfect for a summer stroll! I originally planned to visit the state museum, but lucked out and stumbled upon a festival 🎉 — free museum entry, artist booths, and a live band playing! 🎶🖌️ The Proctor Farmers' Market isn’t very big, but it’s lovely — fresh flowers 🌸, live performances, and we grabbed a freshly made pizza 🍕 to snack on! The Museum of Glass 🏛️🔮 feels like a sister museum to Seattle’s Chihuly Garden. Lots of Dale Chihuly’s works here — the large-scale outdoor pieces are especially impressive! The bridge leading to the museum is a highlight 🌉. While the indoor collection isn’t huge, the live glassblowing demo is even more spectacular than Seattle’s. So cool to watch! 🔥 The Washington State History Museum looks big from outside, but it’s actually pretty compact — you can finish it quickly 🚶‍♂️.
