Tucked away in the city, Takagi Coffee offers a spacious and serene Japanese-style cafe experience. My friend and I visited on a Saturday and were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of available tables — no wait! 🕚 Even scored a sweet street parking spot right out front. 🅿️✅ We ordered their famous soufflé pancakes, which came with a delightful blueberry filling 🫐. The combination of fluffy, cloud-like soufflé and cool, creamy ice cream was absolutely heavenly 😇. Honestly, every soufflé and pancake option on their menu looks incredibly tempting — we already have our eyes on a few for next time! The omelet rice was another interesting try. We added extra beef on top, and the sauce had a unique but pleasant flavor — a slightly tangy black pepper twist that worked surprisingly well 🍛✨.
