๐ Surf & Turf - It has wagyu beef mince with lobster and some vegetables, and the rice is sprinkled with Japanese seasoning powder. Although I feel that the concept of wagyu beef mince is a bit deceptive, I have to say it's really quite tasty. Eating it together with asparagus and corn gives a rich flavor, which is quite delicious. The lobster is bouncy but the seasoning is a bit too salty. ๐ Shokado Bento Box - It doesn't feel as good as the previous 9-grid bento, but it's still good. The sashimi is average (the tuna is not very good, but the swordfish is pretty good), the fried meatballs are delicious, the grilled salmon is very tasty, the uni shooter is similar to before (just the standard of Seattle sea urchin), the poke is too salty, and the wagyu sushi is very tasty. ๐ Dan Dan Noodles - I always order this whenever I come, basically it's a strong and spicy taste. Today the noodles are a bit hard and the taste is spicier, a bit different from before. ๐ Fried Pork Cutlet Curry (forgot to take a photo) - The pork cutlet is quite good, not too dry and has thickness. The curry is a heavy-tasting, slightly salty minced meat curry. โTamari bar 500 E Pine St, Seattle, WA 98122 #Seattle # Tamari bar
