Tampa, Florida 🐬🌴 — City Pass Experience
Day 1️⃣: Busch Gardens Tampa Bay A surreal blend of thrilling roller coasters 🎢 and African wildlife 🦒🐘! Since our little one was too small for the rides, we focused on the animal experiences — and it was totally worth it! You can easily spend a whole day here. ➕ Took the vintage train 🚂 and the Skyride (an extra $5 per person) for aerial views of the “African savanna.” 💡Tip: Parking is $40/day — consider staying at a nearby hotel with a shuttle to save money! Day 2️⃣: Clearwater Adventure 🐬 Clearwater Marine Aquarium: Home to rescued dolphins and marine life — allow ~2 hours. 🚤 Dolphin Watching Tour (must pre-book!): A 1.5-hour boat trip with a high chance of spotting dolphins 🐬 close to the shore! Scenic views throughout. 🏖️ Clearwater Beach: Unbelievably fine white sand — perfect for kids to play and watch the sunset 🌅. Best free white-sand beach I’ve ever seen! Highly recommend. Day 3️⃣: ZooTampa at Lowry Park 🐾 A compact but well-designed zoo — you can easily spend a full day here! Loved the free Safari Tour in the African zone. ⚠️ Manatee Care Center was under renovation — couldn’t see the manatees underwater 😢. Day 4️⃣: Tampa Downtown & Ybor City 🐠 The Florida Aquarium: A solid aquarium with cool shark exhibits 🦈. 🚋 TECO Streetcar: Hopped on the free vintage tram from the aquarium to the end station — Ybor City! 🇨🇺 Ybor City: Tampa’s historic Cuban district 🎭 — if downtown is Tampa’s present, this is its past. Once the “Cigar Capital of the World,” now it’s filled with cafes, bars, art galleries, and… wild chickens 🐔 roaming freely (they’re legally protected!). Feels like Tampa’s version of 798! #Florida #Tampa #Clearwater #WhiteBeach #SunsetByTheSea #Dolphins #Zoo #Aquarium #TravelWithKids #CityPass
