Let the feasting begin ๐ Big thanks to the owners, a lovely foreign family, for promoting authentic Chinese food culture. Good food knows no borders โ even if itโs not 100% traditional, truly cooked dishes will always be appreciated โค๏ธ ๐ฝ๐ฝ My fave: Char Siu (BBQ Pork) Perfect fat-to-lean ratio โ great quality meat, zero porky smell! ๐ฆ Local Blue Crab Soup Dumplings (Xiaolongbao) FL-Shanghai fusion flavor โ decent seasoning, skin a bit thick and sticky, but tasty overall ๐ถ๏ธ Wok-Hei Gong Bao Chicken Not the classic lychee-sweet style, but still delicious. The chili they use is super fragrant โ loved it! Other dishes were solid ๐ High-quality ingredients across the board. Really appreciate efforts to share Chinese food culture with more people. P.S.
