Let the feasting begin π Big thanks to the owners, a lovely foreign family, for promoting authentic Chinese food culture. Good food knows no borders β even if itβs not 100% traditional, truly cooked dishes will always be appreciated β€οΈ π½π½ My fave: Char Siu (BBQ Pork) Perfect fat-to-lean ratio β great quality meat, zero porky smell! π¦ Local Blue Crab Soup Dumplings (Xiaolongbao) FL-Shanghai fusion flavor β decent seasoning, skin a bit thick and sticky, but tasty overall πΆοΈ Wok-Hei Gong Bao Chicken Not the classic lychee-sweet style, but still delicious. The chili they use is super fragrant β loved it! Other dishes were solid π High-quality ingredients across the board. Really appreciate efforts to share Chinese food culture with more people. P.S.
