Tampa | Wait…I Have to Assemble My Own Bagel? 🥯
🔍 Willa‘s Provisions 📍 310 N Rome Ave, Tampa, FL 33606 Tired from work? Time for a city eat! 🏙️🍽️ We went on a rainy Sunday—still packed! ☔ It’s a standalone building with around 20 parking spots in total (side + back). Not nearly enough for the crowd, but since it’s downtown—very walkable 🚶♀️ The space is cleverly designed: one side is a cozy coffee zone ☕—small, quiet, perfect for zoning out. The other side is a larger brunch area, great for catching up with friends 🥂 Here’s what we tried: ▼ Coffee 1️⃣ Big Willa Latte We saw the star anise and lemon garnish and got suspicious… Surely it’s not just for looks? 😅 Spoiler: It wasn’t. 2️⃣ Flat White Too much milk—kinda weak. But compared to #1, it’s a win 🥛 3️⃣ Cappuccino Just okay. Mostly ordered it to give the barista a chance to practice latte art. Didn’t want those skills to rust 😉 ▼ Mains 1️⃣ Salmon Bagel They give you all the parts—you assemble. DIY brunch! Customize how much (or how little) you want. I skipped the raw onions. Flexible and efficient 🥯🔧 2️⃣ Classic Hummus As a hummus lover: meh. Even store-bought is better. But the pita chips? loaded with cumin and garlic powder—tasted like savory crisps. 👍 3️⃣ Yogurt & Granola Not great. The yogurt was mild (fine), but the cherry-flavored honey tasted like cough syrup 🍒😵 Thankfully not too strong. ▼ Sweets 1️⃣ Whole Grain Muffin Basic. Sam’s Club chocolate muffin runs circles around this one 🏃♀️🍫 2️⃣ London Fog Pound Cake Dry like flour. But it did make the muffin taste better in comparison… silver lining? 🌫️ ⚠️ Heads up: Their coffee made us dizzy, nauseous, and gave us heart palpitations all day. We were scared off coffee for 10 days 😵💫 Glad we didn’t buy their beans—would’ve been a waste of money and wellness 💸😮💨 #100DaysOfDiscovery #Bagel #Coffee #Brunch #WhatToEatForBreakfast #Tampa #AroundTampa
