Tampa Food | Can’t Miss the Roasted Oysters & Giant Pork Shank❗️
A friend recommended Ulele to me — such a cool name, inspired by the Native American princess Ulele! 🍖 Crackling Pork Shank ⭕️ I ordered it as soon as I saw "roasted pork shank" on the menu! The flavor is sweet and sour (apple-based), the skin is slightly crispy, and the meat is tender and not dry. Sadly, the meat itself wasn’t very well-seasoned. 🍚 Seafood Risotto ✅ This risotto is LOADED with seafood — shrimp, scallops, lobster, and crawfish. There’s more seafood than rice! Every bite is super satisfying. 🍤 Barbacoa Shrimp ✅ The grilled shrimp were so springy and bouncy — clearly shrimp that works out 💪😆 Savory and smoky with a nice charred aroma. 🦪 Charbroiled Oysters ⭕️ The seasoning was pretty basic — plenty of cheese, but the sauce was a bit too sour for my taste. ✨ Still, definitely worth a try if you’re in Tampa! It’s one of the more unique local spots. The restaurant is located in downtown Tampa by the river — really lively atmosphere in the evening!
