Tampa Food Diary: Sushi Yama

🌿Around 7 p.m., I went to Sushi Yama with my friend's family. The restaurant was already more than half full, and the server seated us by the window. The menu offered a good variety, mainly focusing on sashimi and sushi. We ordered a sashimi platter with salmon, tuna, and sweet shrimp. The fish slices were cut to a proper thickness and had no icy texture. ✨ 🔆We also tried eel sushi and California rolls—the rice was at the right temperature, with a subtle vinegar flavor. We finished with miso soup, which contained seaweed and tofu.
