Taneda’s December Special Featuring Fish Liver in Oita
It’s that time of the year when Taneda is at its most valuable🫡 Shirako/crab/fish liver/abalone/koji/skinning - all available 🌟 My favorite is still the fish liver. Without comparison, there’s no harm. The previous offering by Off Alley was a waste, but this month, the old man’s dish is even better than Wang Jianlin’s in the Bay Area. The texture is as smooth as mousse, and the flavor is aromatic, perfect with drinks. 🌟 Squid + Abalone with wasabi is well-cooked, the abalone liver sauce is intoxicating, another great dish to go with drinks 🌟 Shirako is served with codfish in a tea bowl steam dish, I regret missing out on the shirako tempura, I’m upset 🌟 The classic Miyazaki wagyu is cooked to perfection, not greasy at all 🌟 The shrimp spring roll in the eight-inch dish is delicious 🌟 My favorite hand roll is the skinning with liver I also got to drink the fourteen-generation·Sake Mirai with a hint of fruit flavor, very easy on the palate🤩 Once in a lifetime opportunity, I’ll be back next month #SeattleJapaneseCuisine
