π Tang Bar Malatang Review β Is It Worth the 30-Minute Wait?
Hey everyone! Today Iβm reviewing Tang Bar Malatang located in Brea Mall. It looked popular during dinner hours, so I decided to give it a try. β The Good: Wide variety of fresh ingredients β all displayed cleanly and neatly Self-serve by weight β $14.99 per pound I went with the "Sichuan Traditional" broth β flavor was decent and reliable, nothing to complain about β The Not-So-Good: The wait time is a MAJOR issue! Malatang is supposed to be fast casual β quick meal, quick turnover. But I arrived at 7 PM and stood in line for 30 minutes just to check out π€ There was only one cashier open, even though the dining area had plenty of seats. Everyone behind me was complaining too β the operation really needs improvement. π Final Thoughts: The food itself is fine, but when a "fast meal" turns into a 30+ minute queue, it totally kills the vibe. I wonβt be returning unless they speed things up.
