I’ve always heard that Tatsu serves the best omakase in Dallas. After dining at Shoyo, I’ve been looking forward to trying this place! And let me tell you, it’s worth the hype! The ingredients are so fresh, and everything is just bursting with flavor! I will always love my hotate (scallop) and uni (sea urchin)!!!!🤤❤️❤️ The only Texas local ingredient they use is: Texas scallions. Hahaha! It was such a pleasant surprise—I’ve never had scallions in an omakase before. And the best part? The sous-chef is super handsome! 😭🥰 To think that a handsome guy is making my sushi!! 😍 Eating delicious food while watching a hot chef is just the ultimate experience! 🥩I highly recommend Tatsu for any occasion!
