Tenryu-ji Temple 🌿

The Sogen Pond in the garden is an exquisitely crafted, elegant pond that borrows the scenery of Arashiyama in the distance and Kameyama up close. 🎢🌟 The water in the pond is clear and slightly green, with koi fish swimming freely. 🍃🌺 In the center of the pond, there are two large rocks symbolizing the Dragon Gate Waterfall. From a distance, the Sogen Pond is a static classical garden, but up close, it's a dynamic landscape painting with interwoven tree shadows, moving fish, and rippling water. 🌇 🎢🌟 The Hundred Flowers Garden is filled with various types of cherry blossoms, such as spherical Sekiyama cherries, weeping cherries, and small Higan cherries, as well as snow willows, plum blossoms, and peonies. 🍃🌺 In spring and summer, the flowers compete to bloom, each more beautiful than the other.
