A Wonderful Hotel Experience with Exceptional Staff! π We are absolutely thrilled with our stay at this hotel, thanks in large part to the incredible staff who have gone above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Outstanding Service: A special thank you to Mat at the front desk! π±ββοΈ This kind and handsome blond gentleman was incredibly patient and thorough in explaining all the hotel facilities and nearby amenities. His warm hospitality truly made our day and set the perfect tone for our stay. Thank you, Mat! π Room & Amenities: While we heard the rooftop bar could be noisy at night, as young travelers we found it quite acceptable since the music volume decreases after midnight π΅ The breakfast area is absolutely wonderful βοΈ The hotel pool offers absolutely perfect views β simply breathtaking! πββοΈ Housekeeping Excellence: We also want to recognize Eocaiis from housekeeping π§Ή, who not only kept our room spotlessly clean but also thoughtfully organized and categorized our personal items. This attention to detail really impressed us! Additional Notes: We've decided to extend our stay for several more days!
