The “King of Korean Cuisine,” Baek Jong-won, has come to Dallas!

Have you visited the BBQ restaurant by the “King of Black and White Cuisine”? SAEMAEUL Korean BBQ By PAIKJONGWON Baek Jong-won (Paik Jong-won / 백종원) is an extremely famous chef in Korea, often appearing on TV shows. He was also a main judge on the popular Netflix Korean cooking reality show “The King of Black and White.” In Carrollton’s “Koreatown” in Dallas, you can find the legendary “Black and White Chef’s Famous Restaurant”! It specializes in top-quality Korean BBQ. The meat is truly delicious, and the side dishes are amazing too👍🏻, especially the potato salad, which made our “picky eater” at home, Xingxing, eat at least 10 mouthfuls for the first time😂. The fact that Korean side dishes can be refilled for free is my ultimate joy because I personally don’t like eating meat. I love the vegetables, especially when I find ones I like and can keep getting more servings. It’s really delightful😆. Overall, I really enjoyed it, but the portions are small and the prices are a bit on the high side. For two people, including tips, it’s around $80-90. But I have to say, the meat quality is really excellent! Especially the beef tongue, which even my daughter Xingxing and I, who don’t usually like meat, really loved❤️.
