💛Pushing open the heavy wooden door of Firebirds, you immediately see chefs sliding steaks into a blazing brick oven with long-handled peels—wow, it already looks delicious just watching! 💛We ordered the signature wood-fired ribeye steak, which arrived sizzling on a hot stone slab. 🍺The garlic herb butter melting over it was rich and fragrant. Surprisingly, the grilled romaine salad was also a standout—the Parmesan cheese and lemon vinaigrette perfectly balanced the smoky char flavor. So tasty! 🍺The food wasn't just delicious—it was also beautifully presented, leaving a strong impression. 🥨Really excellent. The bar area was cozy and well-stocked, and the dining area had a cool atmosphere. Our table was ready right around our reservation time. 🥨I’d still highly recommend giving it a try. Like I said, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu! 🧀We sat at the bar, and the bartender was impressive—she provided great service. The selection of drinks was also delicious.
