When you've almost finished everything in the pot, you can add a portion of cooked rice to make it into a rice porridge called "zousui." ▫️ Chicken Meatballs The sauce for the chicken meatballs is very rich, and it's quite special when paired with a raw egg. Each bite gives a warm feeling! ▫️ Sea Urchin The sea urchin here is incredibly fresh! It tastes sweet and not fishy at all. As a sea urchin lover, I just adore it 😭.
