The best British national dish in London is right here!!!

On the weekend, I made a date with friends to visit the flower, bird, and fish market near Wembley, and then went to try the Fish and Chips that my friend claimed to be the best in London. I was skeptical at first, wondering if I had a misunderstanding of what tastes good after staying in the UK for so long. But they said the fried fish was as long as a forearm, which was too tempting, so I had to check it out. 🐟Cod and Chips Before tasting this fish, I thought how good could fried fish and chips be. The result was astonishingly delicious. The cod was tender and soft, and although it was fried, you could still taste the gelatin from the fish skin, which was sticky. How could the crust be so crispy and not greasy, coupled with the homemade tartar sauce from the shop, it was divine. The chips looked plain when they came, but indeed, potatoes are potatoes, and excellent carbohydrates. 🐟Calamari Ring Whenever I go to a seaside restaurant, I always order squid rings. Theirs are very soft, tender, and fresh. If I could only choose one Starter, it would definitely be the squid rings. 🐟Curry Sauce & Pickles A must-try is their versatile Curry Sauce, which is delicious with anything! This sauce might be between Japanese and Indian curry? I've given it a new name, New British Curry 😂. The pickles are refreshing, greasy, and appetizing. 🐟Cod Roe It's the shop's special cod roe, which should be a mixture of flour and special spices, then fried. My friend liked this dish very much, saying it's very high-quality protein 😂, not bad, edible, and worth a try the first time. 🐟Greek Salad A fried dinner must be accompanied by a salad. The sauce is the shop's homemade Salad Sauce, which is slightly sour, a bit like yogurt, very refreshing, and today's vitamin quota is met 👍. Overall, their fried fish is one of the best I've had. A forearm-length fish with chips is enough for two people to share. There are no downsides to this shop. The waiters are enthusiastic and attentive, and the price for three servings of fried fish, side dishes, and drinks is very reasonable. The only possible downside is that it's a bit far. It's a 56-year-old shop, and it's full of local guests, which shows how much everyone in that area loves it. #LondonFoodExploration #LondonLife #LondonExplore #LondonFishAndChips #HiddenGemRestaurantShare
