But据说the salmon is very fresh, and the poached egg on top is perfectly done. If you're a salmon lover, you must try it! The potatoes underneath are cooked just right, with the texture I love, somewhere between crispy and chewy, and the runny fried egg is as perfect as always, no need for more words 🍳.
