The flavor is also quite good, slightly spicy but not overly so. However, this dish is a bit pricey, nearly $40. Dry-Pot Cauliflower ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Super tasty dry-pot cauliflower! The crisp texture complements the rich fragrance of pork fat, and it's so good that I could have two big dinners with it. Sizzling Lamb (I forgot the exact name) ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5 The lamb seems a bit scant, like it was taken off skewers, but it's very fragrant!
