The Best Chinese Restaurant in Montreal!
After seeing so many recommendations, I finally decided to check this place out! Although online reviews were mixed, my whole family thought the food was absolutely delicious after trying it ourselves! The restaurant had quite a few Chinese customers, a great atmosphere, bright and upscale decor, and was very photogenicâperfect for hosting dinners or gatherings. đ It's about an 8-minute walk from Metro Parc station, so it's quite accessible. However, parking can be tricky in this residential area... but after chatting with the staff, I found out there's actually free parking right across the street đ żïž! This is crucial infoâdon't miss it! đ„ą Here's what we ordered: â Garlic Eggplant: A must-order for eggplant lovers! Packed with garlic flavor but not greasyâperfect with rice. â Seafood Nest: Crispy exterior with perfectly cooked seafood insideâno fishy taste and loaded with ingredients. The texture was fantastic! â Golden Shrimp Balls: My favorite! They look small in photos but are actually huge! Crispy outside, tender inside... I ate three by myself đ â Spicy Rabbit with Peppers: The rabbit meat was cleaned thoroughlyâno weird taste. Medium spice level with a slight numbing kickâso good with rice! â Sweet and Sour Crispy Whole Fish: My first time trying this dish, and I was blown away! The fish was fried to perfectionâcrispy outside, tender insideâand coated in a perfectly balanced sweet and sour sauce. Best part? No bones! One of the MVPs of the meal! â Mango Mousse: Rich mango flavor with a light, fluffy textureâgreat for those who prefer refreshing desserts. đĄ Overall, this restaurant offers consistent dishes, a comfortable environment, and is perfect for bringing friends or family. Some dishes were truly memorableâIâll definitely be back! đ Le Piment Rouge 495 Beaumont Ave, Montreal, Quebec H3N 1V4 #MontrealEats #MontrealFoodie #LifeInCanada #MontrealChineseFood #FoodRecommendations #StudentEats #MontrealLife #HiddenGems #UnforgettableFood #FoodieDiary
