(The UK really has some catching up to do.)🍜 While exploring Kreuzberg and feeling hungry, I found this 4.6-star ramen shop with thousands of positive reviews on Google Maps. It turned out to be the best bowl of ramen I've had in Europe so far!!🍜 The restaurant's atmosphere is also top-notch! 🌟The open kitchen design is fantastic. Sitting at the bar, you can watch the chefs cook and assemble the bowls right in front of you—it's really fun. I ordered the Crispy Duck Ramen and the Chashu Pork Ramen. Both broths are rich and flavorful!! The freshly made and cooked noodles are perfectly chewy and full of soup.🍜 The Crispy Duck is highly recommended! The duck meat is incredibly crispy!! The combination with the creamy tonkotsu broth is unexpectedly delicious.🥹🫶🏻 The Chashu Pork is also special!! It's lightly grilled, giving the skin a slightly crispy and fragrant texture, while the pork itself is tender and juicy.
