This place is called 【Parfait Paris】—and did you know? “Parfait” means “perfect” in French! My husband and I tried their treats once in Anaheim and have been dreaming about them ever since! This time, we visited their UTC Westfield location while shopping—if you have a sweet tooth, you absolutely can’t miss this place!
