Scallop Crudo A bright, tangy starter — perfect if you love a good citrus kick. 🍋 Hummus Ful Rich with cumin flavor and even better with a runny egg mixed in. 🥚 Lamb & Beef Kebab Honestly the best kebab I’ve had in North America — simple but perfectly seasoned and grilled. 🔥 Red Snapper Tagine A server-recommended tomato-potato stew with fish — I still dream about this dish.
