The Best Restaurant❗️❗️❗️

Over a year ago, when I was eating at the terrible Tori-Katsu next door, I was attracted by the decor and atmosphere of this restaurant and saved it on my map. I finally got to try it today, and I really regret not discovering this hidden gem earlier! 🐙Causa con Pulpo al Olivo (Octopus and Potato Mousse):🌟 The octopus in this appetizer is incredibly fragrant! The mashed potato has a bell pepper flavor, which reminded me of green pepper and potato slices stir-fried with meat in China. It's really delicious! The avocado sauce is refreshing, and the olive yolk sauce is salty, almost like Chinese doubanjiang. It tastes a bit strange on its own, but when combined with the other ingredients, it's surprisingly good! 🐙Pulpo a la Parrilla con Chimichurri (Grilled Octopus with Chimichurri): 🌟 The octopus here is a bit larger, so I personally think it's not as fragrant as the one in the appetizer.🥹🫶🏻 It has a natural saltiness that doesn't require additional seasoning. The side dishes, including roasted potatoes and green beans, are great. The accompanying yellow pepper and arugula sauce, as well as the green sauce, really add to the flavor. 🐙Anticuchos de Carne (Beef Skewers):🌟 The beef skewers are both fragrant and tender. The aroma that wafts over when they're served is mouth-watering! 🥹🫶🏻 The yellow pepper sauce is delicious even on its own. In addition to the roasted potatoes, there are also huge corn kernels, which we initially mistook for garlic cloves. After checking, we found out that this is a type of native South American corn known for its large kernels. 🐙Tres Leches (Three Milks Cake): When the dessert arrived, the cinnamon powder made my friend and me, who don't like cinnamon, a bit apprehensive. However, after taking a bite, we found that the tangy mango sauce completely masked the cinnamon flavor. The cake is airy and very milky. The ice cream is likely homemade and very generous. Even the decorative cookie crumbs and berries on top are sweet and fragrant, showing the restaurant's attention to detail.🥹🫶🏻 🐙The meal ended with my friend and me constantly exclaiming, "Delicious, delicious!" Every sauce is carefully matched with the dishes, making us truly impressed. Overall, both the service and the food are impeccable. This is definitely the best restaurant I've tried recently! ❗️ Reservations are a must! Otherwise, you'll most likely miss out on a table. It's best to book at least a day in advance.
