The flavor reminds me of Hunan-style fire-dried fish. 🐔🔥 • Pulled Pork: Tender and juicy, with a subtle sweetness—perfectly cooked without being dry or greasy. 🐖💖 • Chilli Tots: The tots themselves are fried to crispy perfection on the outside and tender on the inside, with a creamy, milky taste.
