The best sugar water shaved ice in the whole UK.

💐 This time, I had their signature peach shaved ice, and the ice itself tastes like mango cream. It's a whole burst of happiness in one bite, just the kind of sweet but not greasy flavor I imagined. Plus, it's a huge bowl, and we three people initially wanted to order two bowls of ice, but the boss said we wouldn't be able to finish them. Indeed, one bowl was more than enough. 💐 I've had their taro bean curd pudding before (pictured in the second photo), which was also incredibly delicious. My friend said it's ten times better than the fresh taro desserts in the UK, making us feel like we were back home in an instant. 💐 They also serve simple hot meals here, and the dumplings are really tasty! They have that handmade dumpling skin, very chewy, not like the hard crust of Korean dumplings. I ordered the pork and cabbage flavor, which reminded me of the street-side dumpling shops in Northeast China! The braised pork rice is also okay, served in a small bowl so it's less likely to be too filling. 💐 The shop is called Yobu in Bournemouth.
