The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception 🏛️😇
I wandered in casually when I had some free time.🌸 Inside, it was pretty much like most churches—there was an underground area to explore too. When I arrived, I didn't dare push open the door at first, but I could hear hymns being sung, maybe during a lesson or something. 🤩🌟 The introduction I read when I got there described how arduous the church's construction was, and how it was reborn after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Nowadays, whenever I enter a church, I usually just grab a drink of holy water to quench my thirst 😆💧. 👻it's a great place to appreciate architectural styles, but if you're making a special trip just for it, you might feel a tiny bit shortchanged. Still, it's worth a look. 🏛️😇Actually, this church is super close to the zoo, but I visited the church first and then the zoo later because I didn't realize how near they were to each other. Just a heads-up for future visitors—you can easily combine both visits! 🤷😕 No matter how you appreciate the church, I think an hour or so is the maximum you'd want to spend there. 🕊️🏟 #ArchitectureAndArt #ClassicalArchitecture #TheWhiteDovesOfTheChurchDon'tKissCrows🤪👻
