When I ordered it, the boss asked me why I chose it since it’s usually more popular among Korean customers. I told him I lived in Korea for a while and already knew how delicious it is 🤤 The boss grilled everything for us himself—abalone, clams 🐚, oysters 🦪, scallops, shrimp 🦐. My absolute favorite was the hagfish! The skin was grilled until crispy and crackly—it literally crunches when you bite into it! So satisfying! Inside, it’s full of collagen—super bouncy, chewy, and sticky. It really “glues your lips” together! Feels like eating ten face masks’ worth of collagen in one bite! 💆♀️💖 🔥 I also loved the grilled abalone: huge, plump, and juicy! The texture is firm yet tender, locking in all the natural sweetness.
