The Fluffiest Soufflé Pancakes in Dallas

Tried the Orange Mocha☕️ today—surprisingly delightful! The weather was just right, finally feeling like autumn, and the window seat added to the cozy, relaxed vibe. With sunlight streaming in, it's also a great spot for photos. The soufflé pancakes were Ube flavor. They also offer matcha, tiramisu, and various other flavors—so delicious that I'd make another trip just for them! The two main dishes we ordered, however, were a bit average and started to feel heavy after a while. Also, the table design was surprisingly uncomfortable—it kept pressing against our legs, forcing us to sit awkwardly apart or with our legs tucked in.
