The Four Horsemen New York: The King of Wine Bars 🌟

Waited in the chilly wind for 40 minutes, but the walk-in was worth it! 🌬️ I arrived around 5:15 on a weekday, pretty much the last one to get a walk-in spot. After waiting so long, I decided to order almost everything on the menu, except for three vegetable dishes. 🥗 The Clam dish has a distinct Thai-inspired flavor, with a taste reminiscent of rainwater. The sweetbread is the best – a must-order with its rich and flavorful seasoning. The crab dish has a delicious broth – remember to save some bread to dip in it, a perfect pairing! 🦀 The wine list is exceptional, with a wide variety that shows the sommelier’s passion. The staff is super friendly. We ordered a bottle of wine, and they surprised us with a complimentary glass while we waited, and another one when we were settling the bill. 🥂 There’s street parking right in front, but it’s a bit hit-or-miss if you’ll find a spot. 🚗 Definitely recommended, but the long wait and difficulty in making reservations are similar to Tatiana – delicious but not entirely worth the effort. 🤔 #NewYork 🌃 #Michelin 🌟 #WineBar 🥂🌟
