The hidden gem of a restaurant inside a villa is just delicious!
This is a local-recommended restaurant located in Firenze-Sesto Fiorentino. The entrance to the restaurant is right by the roadside, and the sign is a bit inconspicuous. You might not even realize itâs a restaurant if you pass by. Also, the villa is not open to the public.đđđ The beef tartare with truffle is incredibly fragrant. The bread is really delicious, and the attentive waitstaff will promptly refill your plate. We ordered two seafood-based pasta dishes, and they were both fantasticâdefinitely worth trying! âźď¸ Pluma di Maiale (Iberian Roast Pork) â Highly recommend this dishâźď¸ This was recommended by our waiter after we had already ordered our main courses. Initially, we were hesitant to order more after the steak, but he mentioned that this dish is rarely found in many restaurants, which piqued our interest. (Iâm a sucker for anything "limited" or "exclusive.") It did not disappoint! The pork is incredibly tender and melts in your mouth. đ Iâd call it a "wagyu substitute" â "wagyu pork." Itâs served with creamy mashed potatoes that add a delightful aroma. The only thing to note is that if you bring your own cake or dessert, thereâs an additional âŹ1 per person fee. The portion sizes are generous. Five of us shared the dishes, and the average cost per person was around âŹ50. đ Blend Via A.
