Even if you’re dining alone, it won’t feel too heavy. ❤️ Fresh fettuccine with porcini mushrooms (🫒 oil base) - This dish might feel a bit too light if ordered on its own. It pairs well with something richer. 🔸 Capelletti rolled with spinach and cheese in butter and sage sauce (🧈 base) - Though there are only three pieces, they are quite filling and rich. 🔸 Truffle beef fillet with mashed potatoes - My husband still prefers the Florentina. In Florence, medium-rare is quite rare compared to Singapore standards (similar to Singapore’s rare). So, I suggest ordering medium (medium) or medium well (medium well) for a doneness more familiar to us in Asia. 🔸 Fried mixed vegetables - This is a portion for four. When we visited in January, two of us found it a bit too much and heavy. ✨ Tagliolini with truffle - After trying several restaurants, I found this one suits my taste buds the best. You can tell the chef uses high-quality ingredients as soon as you take a bite. ✨ Boiled pear soaked in white wine and caramel - The subtle wine flavor blends perfectly with the sweetness of the pear, creating a delightful texture. 🔸 Tiramisu - This is so rich in coffee flavor that you won’t need a coffee afterward. 🗓️ Reservations are a must, especially during peak European seasons like June and July. If the online booking is full, you can try to book directly at the restaurant.
