The Last Dinner of the Year Is All About Meat!

✅On a rainy Sunday evening during the Christmas season, my wife and I were in Tampa debating between a fine steakhouse or Texas de Brazil when she said, “Let’s go to Texas de Brazil—after all, we love meat way too much!” 📷Our 7:30 reservation landed us right next to the salad bar—such a great spot! We could watch the chefs carving meat and still sneak over to grab other dishes anytime. Our server, Carly, was an absolute ray of sunshine 🌞—so incredibly warm and enthusiastic. 1️⃣ The steak, when cut open, released juices like a waterfall, and surprisingly, it paired perfectly with mint sauce! 2️⃣ The mini lamb chops had fine bones, but the meat was so tender it fell apart at the touch of a fork.
