I've had many medium-rare steaks in Italy, most of which were a bit too bloody and undercooked, but this one had the most perfect pinkish hue with just the right amount of bloodiness and no chewy toughness. 🧡For the pasta, I chose homemade pici with tomato and pork rigatino|€18 The homemade pasta was thick with a hint of wheat fragrance, but it was never tough or tiring to chew. There was plenty of pork belly and cherry tomatoes in the dish—very satisfying. 💛After informing the waiter that we were sharing the pasta, they brought it out already divided into two plates, showcasing their thoughtfulness, elegance, and attention to detail. 🧡I paired my meal with a glass of Chardonnay, which went perfectly with the pasta.
