We waited about 10–15 minutes, and the dining room was filled with Korean locals—always a good sign! I was genuinely impressed by the variety and generosity of the banchan. They proactively refilled our favorites: spinach, japchae (sweet potato noodles), and fish cake. Compared to the hyped Sun Nong Dan in LA, this place truly knows how to treat guests with abundance and warmth! 🍲 Highly Recommended Soft Tofu Stew We ordered the classic soft tofu stew (soon tofu) and the mushroom version. Served bubbling hot with a bowl of rice, the classic stew with tender tofu and beef was perfectly spiced (mild for me) and incredibly comforting.
