📍 The Most Delicious Cheesecake in Brazil Bykim is a bakery opened by a Korean in Santa Cecilia, truly a hidden gem. I first noticed it because of the creamy texture of its cheesecakes, and later discovered that besides cheesecakes, there are various other cakes and desserts. Sometimes, the owner whips up special desserts on weekends based on their mood. 🔥🔥🔥 There are four flavors of cheesecake in total: Original (one of the best!); Black Truffle (strong flavor—those who might not be used to it are advised to choose other flavors); Matcha (haven’t had a chance to try it yet, but it’s on my list!); Cookie. Each slice of cheesecake can be paired with jam, choosing between strawberry or goiaba (guava). Personally, I think strawberry goes better with it. Their cakes come in small and large sizes (the large ones are usually for birthdays or family gatherings). The small ones are really tiny but enough for one person. After my first try, I’ve been ordering takeout from them every week. I use Ifood for delivery, and you can also order via the link on their Instagram. They also have a physical store—dining in is cheaper than takeout, as I found out. Each dessert costs around 30 reais.
