Bark&Crust, an Aged Meat BBQ Restaurant
Bark&Crust, an Aged Meat BBQ Restaurant 🥩 ☀️☀️☀️ This is a BBQ restaurant specializing in aged beef, located in the Itaim Bibi area. With a very rock-style decoration, it's perfect for a relaxed get-together with friends, where you can enjoy burgers, beef, and have some drinks.🍔🍔🍔 People usually order the restaurant's signature dish: Contra-filé (a type of beef cut), which is aged for 40-50 days. It comes in portions for 1, 2, or 3 people. Thanks to the aging process, there's no blood, yet the meat is cooked to a perfect degree—tender and not dry at all. Additionally, you can freely pair it with side dishes like rice, salad 🥗, beans, etc., to go with the meal. Alternatively, you can order a few Lanches (snacks) or Sanduíches 🥪🍔 (sandwiches/burgers) to change things up. Personally, I prefer Sanduíches; the bread is quite crusty, and there are more options for burgers.💕💕💕 For those who love smoked meat, there are three choices: Cupim (beef hump), Peito Bovino (beef brisket), and pork chops. This kind of meat is drier and tougher compared to grilled and aged meat, and of course, it has a saltier flavor. If you're a fan of French fries, you can order a portion with shredded beef—it's quite crispy and tasty. Also, I heard from friends that the fried pork skin rolls are really fragrant. However, considering the portion size, we didn't order them that day. Those who enjoy crispy pork skin, crispy rice crusts, etc., can give them a try. 💛 A special recommendation is Soda de Maracujá (passion fruit soda). It's the best soda I've ever had. (I don't usually drink soda, but I tried it because of a friend's recommendation, and it was surprisingly delicious—sweet and sour.) 🔸 The environment is quite hip-hop and noisy; 🔸 Average cost per person: around R$100-300 Brazilian reals; #AgedMeatBBQ #WeekendRestaurantHopping #DailyFood #HiddenGemRestaurantShare #UniqueCreativeWesternCuisine #Burger #Beef #SmokedMeat #WhatToEatToday
