🌟 The Most Recommended Michelin One-Star Restaurant in Turin 🌟

I'd like to call it the best and most challenging restaurant to book in Torino so far. To get a reservation, I have to grab a spot on their website a month in advance because they don't accept phone reservations. I've never seen a one-star Michelin restaurant this busy, especially considering the price. But despite the difficulty in booking, I highly recommend it. The menu offers three price options: €75, €90, and €115, including desserts and aperitifs. Honestly, for a Michelin restaurant, these prices are really not expensive. I chose the €115 menu, and I always leave stuffed. I've been to this restaurant twice, and I must say I was completely drawn by their katsusando dish. The texture is delicate, and it melts in your mouth. Although it looks raw, it's really delicious. There's no strange taste at all, and I was so happy to be able to eat it in Italy. The other dishes are also very tasty, with no disappointments. I have to mention that their service is really excellent. The second time I went, I was recognized, which was quite surprising. The waiter said he remembered me and what we had eaten before. Another special feature of their restaurant is that desserts are served in a separate room. After the main meal, the waiter takes us there. It's filled with small tables and sofas, which is really impressive and very comfortable. There are also many types of desserts, and every time I thought it was over, another one came out 😂. In short, I give it a 💯. Highly recommended ✨ #WesternCuisine #MichelinRestaurant #Michelin #Italy #Turin #TurinFood
