The Must-Visit Restaurant in Interlaken: Sapori🌸

Unfortunately, my day in Interlaken was rainy, so it didn’t show its best side. Switzerland with sunshine is like a fairyland, while Switzerland without sunshine feels like a second-tier rural area—someone said that, and it’s so true. No amount of filters could save the photos, and my mood was a bit down.☕️ Then I went to the restaurant recommended by uu, which completely redeemed the day! If you’re in Interlaken, you have to try this place—it’s truly amazing! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Sapori is a Michelin Italian restaurant located inside the Victoria Jungfrau Hotel! At first, I couldn’t find it until I asked someone at the hotel. The ambiance is very nice, with a European retro style and hotel-level service. The best part is that the prices on the menu are surprisingly reasonable, comparable to street-side restaurants. Keep in mind that a simple stir-fried vegetable dish in an Interlaken Chinese restaurant can cost 20 francs.🌸 There’s also a daily custom menu available for just 24 CHF (including appetizer, main course, and coffee☕️).
