The newly opened ramen and spicy hot pot in Cologne is really great!

First, I have to praise the service—the cashier, the boss, and the staff who cleaned the tables all had smiles on their faces, making me feel welcomed and comfortable! 😊 The store's decor is impressive, with large comic murals, unique logos, and interesting wall designs. The space is bright and clean, and I couldn’t resist taking a picture before crossing the street. The restaurant is spacious, and even on weekends without a reservation, there were still available seats despite a good number of customers. The most important part is the food! The broth for both the ramen and hot pot is made from rich stock, with no floury taste at all. When the boss came over to ask how it was, I also inquired about the broth, and he said it’s homemade. The pork in the tonkotsu ramen is also made in-house! 👍 The ramen is delicious, but like all authentic Japanese ramen shops in Düsseldorf, it’s a bit salty—though it’s still within an acceptable range. I finished the noodles but only had a couple of sips of the soup at the beginning. I chatted with the boss, who learned about ramen in Japan and then opened this shop in Europe. He’s also planning to open two locations in Switzerland—what a pride for the Chinese community! 🇨🇳 I arrived a bit late, around 7 PM, and some of the ingredients for the hot pot were running low, but I still managed to fill a bowl with fresh options (no intestines or anything foreign folks might not eat). The seasoning was excellent; I ordered the original flavor with medium spice, and it was already pretty spicy for me! 🌶️ The prices are reasonable—ramen is €13.90, and the hot pot is priced similarly to other places at €2.69 per 100g. Even if you order 1 kg, it’s only about twenty euros. Drinks are relatively more expensive at three to four euros each, but that’s understandable. 💰 Overall, I’m very satisfied! 👍 I’ll definitely come back! Next time, I’ll try the Tom Yum flavor! #Germany #LifeInGermany #DailyLifeInGermany #Cologne #CologneFood #CologneRestaurantExploration #Food #FoodDiary #FoodSharing #RestaurantReview #WeekendDining #HiddenGemRestaurant #InspirationNotes #OfCourseIHaveToDocument #HeartyMeals
