The owner of this restaurant speaks Chinese.
The owner of this restaurant seems to have shown off her Chinese skills to every Chinese customer who has dined here, haha. ββ¨ππ«β This restaurant is located in the Agliana area, near Prato. Italians really love the outdoors; you can easily spot the outdoor lighting of this restaurant by the roadside. π The menu offers both Γ la carte and set meals. The set meals include options for meat π and seafood π, and the chef changes the dishes according to the season (kind of like unboxing, haha). However, most people actually order Γ la carte. It's perfect for those who have trouble making decisions. The complimentary appetizer was a good sign that we made the right choice with this restaurant. Appetizers: - Tartare di tonno π: The tuna had a very fresh taste. - Capesante in vestito di pancetta π: Scallops wrapped in bacon. Very creative and I really liked it. Main Courses: - Gnocchi con crema di cozze π₯: The sauce was very flavorful with a strong taste of mussels. - Salmon con taccole ππ: This dish was a bit underwhelming compared to the others. It was just a plain pan-fried salmon. I didn't like the accompanying sauce very much; as a Wenzhou person, I prefer dipping it in soy sauce and vinegar. Dessert: - Yogurt al frutti di bosco π¨: I guessed it was this. The cookie rolls on top reminded me of egg rolls. The sorbetto in the small bowl was a bit too sweetβ¦ π This restaurant is definitely in my TOP list. π: Ristorante Busatti Via Carlo Levi, 13, 51031 Agliana PT #WesternCuisine #WeekendAdventures #FoodExploration #DateNightRestaurant #HiddenGem #ItalianFood #SeafoodLover #UnboxingDining #NotebookInspiration #Prato #FoodRecommendation #OutdoorDining #PratoRestaurant #DailyPlog #FlorenceSurroundings #MyFoodDiary
