The Pink Door — Pretty Average | Tea-Yen Bubble Tea

Finally tried The Pink Door after all this time in Seattle — went on a Saturday. First, finding it: tucked in an alley, yes there’s a pink door… but no obvious sign. I walked back and forth before realizing, yep, this is it 🚪💖 🦪 Oysters — pretty good! 🍝 Clam Pasta — cooked with white wine but tasted a bit bitter? Also had ham but felt bland — not much umami or saltiness. 🍖 Meatballs — sauce leaned sour, meat was firm. But honestly — everything was so slow 😴 Took forever to be seated, forever to order drinks, forever for food to arrive, forever for dessert (which wasn’t even made to order!). Only plus: the window seat view was nice. Otherwise… pretty meh. 🥤 Finally tried Tea-Yen — ordered Guili (Osmanthus Lychee) for pickup via Uber Eats. Store was quiet when I arrived. They had buy‑one‑get‑one! Wanted to try “” but no hot option that day. The drink was delicious — refreshing and not too sweet!
