The recommended braised pork by my friend was indeed addictive

🌟End of the year get-together with friends, and my friend insisted on coming to this restaurant, which was quite an eye-opener for me. This braised pork belly really showed me what rich oil and thick sauce mean, tender and smooth, and after finishing one portion, I ordered another. The sweet and sour spareribs and smoked fish were also rich in sauce flavor, especially the crispy skin of the smoked fish, which I loved 😍 🌟The salted duck that Ellie booked two days in advance was truly the first time I’ve had it in London. The meat was tender and firm, but as a northerner, I still prefer meat dishes with a thicker sauce, so the fitness enthusiasts among us can have more of the salted duck 🙂 🌟The vegetables, asparagus with yam and soup with pea shoots, were fresh and refreshing, while the mushroom and green vegetable rice cakes were cooked with genuine wok hei. The mustard dumplings also tasted freshly made. 🌟When complimenting the staff, they proudly said that all their dishes are made to order, with no pre-made meals, which is why the salted duck needs to be reserved. Overall, the meal was very satisfying, mainly because the menu was so unique and set itself apart from other London restaurants. The dishes we ordered today are not something you’d just find in any Chinese restaurant. Ellie really successfully recommended it to me! 💷 Average per person: £30-50 #LondonFood #UnforgettableFood #EatMeatInWinter #LondonLife #London #TreasureRestaurantShare
