As a total fruit enthusiast, I can never resist trying any creation that involves fruit! 🤩 When I saw that Mendocino Farms had a new Honey & Peach Sandwich on their menu, there was absolutely no way I could wait—I had to go try it immediately! 🏃♀️ Although it's a bit small, it's definitely packed with ingredients! The little grilled cheese roll is super crispy. 🥖 It's filled with Italian ham, large chunks of peach, mozzarella cheese, honey-roasted peanuts and almonds, chili sauce, spicy citrus honey, and arugula. The peaches were on the softer side, and when combined with the honey and chili sauce, it wasn't overly sweet. But don't be fooled by its size—this little sandwich is a certified calorie bomb! 💣 It's amazing that such a small sandwich packs about 1000 calories. The honey-chili sauce is indeed quite sweet, lol 😅, so next time I might ask for it on the side.
